磨煤机磨辊裙罩密封改造

摘要： 古交西山发电有限公司的制粉系统在正常运行期间，磨辊存在进煤粉的情况。针对此项问题进行分析，并对
磨辊的裙罩密封进行了改造。经过长时间的运行分析，加装了改造后的密封以后，能有效改善磨辊内部进煤粉的情况，
保证磨辊内部的运行环境。实践充分证明，这种密封可以保证磨辊的良好运行。

Sealing Transformation of Grinding Roller Skirt Cover of Coal Mills

Abstract: During the normal operation of the pulverizing system of Xishan Power Generation Co., Ltd. of Gujiao, pulverized coal
is introduced into the grinding roller. This paper analyzed this problem and reformed the skirt cover seal of the grinding roller.
After long-term operation analysis, after the modified seal is installed, it can effectively improve the situation of pulverized coal
feeding into the grinding roller and ensure the internal operation environment of the grinding roller. The practice fully proved that
this seal can ensure the good operation of the grinding roller.
