供热切缸机组振动停机事件分析

摘要: 针对一330 MW 机组采用低压缸切缸供热技术改造后发生的一起机组突发振动大跳机事件,分析其振动原因为
低压缸发生了瞬时水冲击;回热系统抽汽管道布置不合理,运行中产生的积水未能被及时排除,低压缸切缸运行时形成
缸内高负压,产生虹吸效应将抽汽管道内积水吸入低压缸内,造成转子失稳从而诱发机组强烈振动。针对事件发生的原
因提出了防范措施与优化方案,以期为同类型实施切缸供热改造的机组防范类似事件提供借鉴。

Vibration Shutdown Event of Heating Cylinder Cutting Unit

Abstract: A generator tripping event occurred on a 330 MW generator unit, which was caused by sudden severe vibration fault,
after its transformation of heating cylinder cutting technology of the low pressure cylinder. Analyzing on the event, it turned out
that sudden water shock occurred in the low pressure cylinder, which caused the vibration. The steam extraction pipes in
regenerative system were not reasonable arranged, so the accumulated water during operation was not removed in time. The low
pressure cylinder of the heating steam turbine ran at negative pressure when the cylinder was cutting, leading to the siphoning
effect, and the accumulated water in the steam extraction pipes was sucked into the low pressure cylinde. In effect, the turbine
rotor lost its stability, inducing severe vibration. In view of the causes of the event, this paper put forward preventive measures and
optimization schemes, in order to provide reference for the same type of units implementing cylinder cutting heating transformation
to prevent similar events.
