基于SolidWorks煤矿用液压支架掩护梁结构强度分析

摘要: 根据煤矿用液压支架损坏统计,支架的掩护梁损坏率较高。基于ZFG 8000/22/35 型液压支架掩护梁的结构特
点,利用SolidWorks 软件及其插件Simulation 对掩护梁的结构强度进行仿真分析研究。结果表明,掩护梁的薄弱部位在
工作中非常容易发生结构变形和疲劳失效的现象。因此提出了掩护梁优化改进措施。这对提高掩护梁的结构强度和井下
工作的安全性有重要的意义,也为后期对液压支架的研究提供了重要参考。

Structural Strength Analysis of Shield Beam of Hydraulic Support for Coal Mining
Based on SolidWorks

Abstract: According to the damage statistics of hydraulic supports used in coal mines, the damage rate of shield beam of the
supports is high. Based on the structural characteristics of shield beam of ZFG 8000/22/35 hydraulic support, this paper simulated
and analyzed the structural strength of shield beam by using SolidWorks software and its plug-in simulation. The results show that
the weak part of the shield beam is very prone to structural deformation and fatigue failure in work. Therefore, the optimization
and improvement measures of the shield beam were put forward. It is of great significance to improve the structural strength of
shield beam and the safety of underground work, and also provides important reference for the later research of hydraulic supports.
