皮带运输机断带的原因及安装防护设计

摘要： 皮带运输机是煤矿井下重要的运输设备。由于井下环境恶劣和设备长时间高负荷运行，皮带运输机会发生各
种故障，其中断带是一种非常严重的故障。为了保证煤矿生产的效率，需要采取措施预防皮带运输机断带。通过分析皮
带运输机断带的原因，探讨了皮带运输机断带的安装防护设计，可以为煤矿皮带运输机的故障预防提供一定的参考。

Reasons for Belt Breakage and Design of Installation Protection of Belt Conveyors

Abstract: Belt conveyors are important delivery equipment in coal mines. Due to the harsh underground environment and longterm
high-load operation of equipment, various failures of belt conveyors will occur, and the belt breakage is a very serious
failure. In order to ensure the efficiency of coal mine production, measures need to be taken to prevent belt breakage. By
analyzing the reasons for belt breakage of belt conveyors, this paper discussed the installation protection design for belt breakage
of the belt conveyors, which can provide some reference for the failure prevention of belt conveyors in coal mines.
