瑞龙煤矿供配电集中控制分析

摘要: 在煤矿开采设计时,对供配电进行合理的设计十分重要。结合瑞龙煤矿开采的实际情况,对整个煤矿供配电
系统中的电缆和变压器进行了选型。在进行电缆选型时,考虑到电压损失的影响,采用了电压损失公式进行计算。通过
计算,110 kV 的母线线损为3.06%,井下10 kV 母线线损为4.59%,均满足供电要求。在井下供电时采用的是
MYJV42-3×185 型矿用电缆。通过对电缆的电流进行计算,发现电缆的电流小于允许电流,电缆能持续为煤矿较为稳定地
供电。此外,综合考虑了变电所的位置,使得在工作面开采时用电极为方便。距离15号煤层工作面最近的变电所有300 m
远,距离15号煤层工作面最近的变电所有200 m远,这极大地方便了工作面开采时的用电。

Abstract: In the design of coal mining, it is very important to design the power supply and distribution reasonably. Combined
with the actual situation of Ruilong Coal Mine, the cables and transformers in the entire coal mine power supply and distribution
system were selected. In the selection of cables, the influence of voltage loss was considered, and the voltage loss formula was
used for calculation. Through calculation, the line loss of the 110 kV busbar was 3.06%, and the line loss of the 10 kV
underground busbar was 4.59%, both of which met the power supply requirements. The MYJV42-3×185 mining cable was used in
the underground power supply. By calculating the current of the cable, it was found that the current of the cable was less than the
allowable current, and the cable can continue to stably supply power to the coal mine relatively. In addition, the location of the
substation was comprehensively considered, which made it convenient to use electricity when mining at the working face. The
nearest substation was 300 m away from the 15# coal seam working face, and the nearest substation was 200 m away from the 15lower#
coal seam working face, which greatly facilitated electricity consumption during mining.
