煤矿井下采煤机智能综采控制系统的讨论

摘要: 以往煤矿井下采煤机的工作通常是利用人力进行控制的,在进行综采时经常会导致触顶和过采等一系列问题
发生。针对此类问题,对煤矿井下采煤机智能综采控制技术、智能综采控制系统原理及结构等进行了分析。该智能化控
制方式在很大程度上降低了人力方面的投入,通过人工记忆截割的原理对综采工作面巷道进行准确的截割把控,可以有
效地进行程序控制,保障了开采过程的安全性,使得采煤机工作的效率有了很大的提升。

Intelligent Fully-mechanized Mining Control System of Coal Mine Underground Shearers

Abstract: In the past, the work of underground shearers in coal mines was usually controlled by manpower, which often led to a
series of problems such as topping and over-mining during fully mechanized mining. In view of such problems, this paper analyzed
the intelligent fully-mechanized mining technology, control system structure and principle of coal mine underground shearers. The
intelligent control method greatly reduces the investment in manpower. It can accurately cut the roadway of the fully-mechanized
mining face through the principle of artificial memory cutting, and can effectively control the program, which ensures the safety of
mining process, and has greatly improved the efficiency of shearer work.
