煤矿卓越班组安全管理体系的构建与运行研究

摘要： 由于煤矿大环境大形势的调整，以及人、机、环安全生产三要素的动态性变化，加强煤矿班组建设与管理，
提高煤矿开采的安全性是非常有必要的。以山西太原小回沟煤业为例，对该煤矿卓越班组安全管理体系构建与运行的背
景进行了分析，并对卓越班组安全管理体系构建的内涵和主要做法进行了阐述，实践应用效果理想。

Construction and Operation of Safety Management System for Excellent Teams in Coal Mines

Abstract: Due to the adjustment of the general environment and situation of the coal mine and the dynamic changes of the three
factors of human, machine and environmental safety production, it is very necessary to strengthen the construction and
management of coal mine teams and improve the safety of coal mining. Taking Taiyuan Xiaohuigou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of
Shanxi as an example, this paper analyzed the construction and operation background of the safety management system for the
excellent teams in coal mines, expounded the connotation and main methods of the construction of the safety management system
for excellent teams. The practical application effect is ideal.
