综采工作面远程智能化控制系统分析

摘要: 目前,煤矿井下生产长期面临人工投入成本高、工作量较大、生产效率低、缺乏安全性等问题。针对这些问
题,通过调研设计了“三机”协同的远程智能化控制系统。首先对该系统进行了三维模型的模拟计算,并利用计算机对
远程操控的终端和控制模式进行了详细设计。随后,将该智能化控制系统应用于井下综采工作面,对各项参数进行比对
得出结论。该“三机”智能化控制系统对设备的安全状况有了很大的改善,在很大程度上提高了生产效率。

Remote Intelligent Control System of Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: At present, the underground production of coal mines has long been faced with problems such as high labor input cost,
large workload, low production efficiency and lack of safety. In response to these problems, a remote intelligent control system
with "three machines" coordinated was designed through research. Firstly, this paper carried out the simulation calculation of the
three-dimensional model of the system, and designed the terminal and control mode of the remote control in detail by using the
computer. Subsequently, the intelligent control system was applied to the underground fully mechanized mining face, and the
parameters were compared to draw conclusions. The "three machines" intelligent control system has greatly improved the safety of
the equipment and greatly improved the production efficiency.
