辛置煤矿充填开采可行性分析

摘要: 为了延长辛置煤矿的服务年限,扩大矿井的可采资源储量,优化矿井的开采技术体系,基于已开采近70 年的
老矿井后备资源紧缺、衔接紧张、不能满足长远发展的不足,根据井田范围内村庄压煤较多,回收村庄下呆滞煤炭资源
日显重要的现状,探索了辛置煤矿充填开采实施的可行性。辛置煤矿村庄压煤区域2#煤层结构简单,属稳定-较稳定煤
层,开采难度较小;采深在321~470 m之间,地表变形相对平缓,有利于地面建筑物的保护。2#煤层至第三、四系含水
层之间隔水层由泥岩、砂质泥岩组成,厚度较大,具有良好的隔水性能。矿井配套洗煤厂每年出矸石约1.0×106 t,矸石
来源广,周边有中国国电霍州发电厂、格盟国际能源山西兆光发电厂、南下庄水泥厂、临汾山水水泥厂等,可满足本区
域建筑物下矸石、粉煤灰、水泥充填采煤的充填材料供应。探索分析表明,辛置煤矿可实现联采充填,从而更好地回收
村庄下压煤资源,符合矿井发展规划。矿井联采充填可采出优质煤2.25×107 t,预计创造1.80×1010元的直接经济效益。

Feasibility of Filling Mining in Xinzhi Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to extend the service life of Xinzhi Coal Mine, expand the recoverable resource reserves of the mine and
optimize the mining technology system of the mine, based on the deficiencies of the shortage of reserve resources, tight connection
and unable to meet the long-term development of the old mine that has been mined for nearly 70 years, according to the current
situation that there is more coal pressing in the villages within the mine field and the recovery of stagnant coal resources under
the villages is becoming more and more important, this paper explored the feasibility of filling mining in Xinzhi Coal Mine. The
village coal pressure area 2# coal seam of Xinzhi Coal Mine has simple structure, belongs to stable-relatively stable coal seam,
and the mining is less difficult; the mining depth is between 321-470 m, and the surface deformation is relatively gentle, which is
conducive to the protection of ground buildings. The water resisting layer between the 2# coal seam and the Tertiary and
Quaternary aquifers is composed of mudstone and sandy mudstone with large thickness and good water resisting performance. The
annual output of gangue from the supporting coal washing plant of the mine is about 1.0×106 t, with a wide range of gangue
sources, surrounded by China Guodian Huozhou Power Plant, Shanxi Zhaoguang Power Plant of Gemeng International Energy,
Nanxiazhuang Cement Plant, Linfen Shanshui Cement Plant, etc., which can meet the supply of filling materials for gangue, fly ash
and cement filling coal mining under buildings in this area. The exploration and analysis show that Xinzhi Coal Mine can realize
combined mining and filling, so as to better recover the coal resources under the village, which is in line with the mine development
plan. The combined mining and filling of the mine can produce 2.25×107 t high-quality coal, expect to create 1.80×1010 yuan
direct economic benefits.
