提高煤矿采煤安全管理水平的措施探讨

摘要： 随着煤矿开采深度的增加，开采难度越来越大，传统的采煤技术和管理方案已经难以适应现阶段采煤工作的
需求，长期下去极大地提高了安全事故发生的概率，使得企业和工作人员的财产安全和生命安全难以得到保障。特别是
近几年来，中国科学技术和教育行业飞速发展，国家提高了对煤矿开采质量的要求，但同时煤矿企业不断显露出一系列
弊端，就目前来说，专业人才匮乏一直是煤矿企业所面临的一大难题，而且管理水平整体不高。因此，就此类问题，提
出一系列措施，包括构建完善的安全管理体系，健全煤炭安全生产责任制，创新安全管理技术。这一系列举措的实施有
助于提高中国煤矿企业的整体安全管理水平。

Measures to Improve Safety Management Level of Coal Mining

Abstract: With the increase of the depth of coal mining, mining is more and more difficult, the traditional coal mining technology
and management scheme has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the current stage of coal mining work, in the long run, greatly
improve the probability of safety accidents, so that the life and property safety of enterprises and staff can not be guaranteed.
Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of China's science, technology and education industry, the state has
improved the requirements for the quality of coal mining, but at the same time, coal mining enterprises continue to show a series
of disadvantages. At present, the lack of professionals has always been a major problem faced by coal mining enterprises,
especially the overall low management level. Therefore, a series of measures were proposed for such problems, including building
a perfect safety management system, improving the coal safety production responsibility system and innovating safety management
technology. The implementation of this series of measures will help to improve the overall safety management level of China's coal
mining enterprises.
