华阳一矿81405工作面高抽巷全断面盾构机掘进应用

摘要: 为了进一步提升煤矿岩巷的掘进效率,在华阳一矿81405 工作面高抽巷采用了全断面盾构机掘进技术。介绍了
矿用EQS 3000 型全断面盾构机的基本情况,重点分析了巷道掘进的施工工艺。现场实践表明,在采用盾构机掘进岩巷
后,岩巷的掘进效率大幅度提高,最高可以实现日进尺51 m。所研究内容可以为煤矿岩巷的快速掘进提供一定的参考。

Application of Full-section Shield Tunneling Machine in High Level Suction Roadway of
81405 Working Face of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to further improve the driving efficiency of coal mine rock roadway, the full-section shield tunneling machine
driving technology was adopted in the high level suction roadway of 81405 working face of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine. This paper
introduced the basic situation of EQS 3000 full -section shield tunneling machine used in mines, and mainly analyzed the
construction technology of roadway excavation. Field practice showed that after applying the shield tunneling machine to excavate
the rock roadway, the excavation efficiency of the rock roadway was greatly improved, and the maximum daily footage was 51 m.
The research content can provide certain reference for the rapid excavation of coal mine rock roadway.
