伊犁水文水资源监测现状及应对措施

摘要： 为了提升伊犁水文水资源管理水平，对伊犁水文水资源监测进行了探讨。通过对伊犁地下水、地表水、降雨、
冰川融水的监测，发现了该地区水文水资源管理工作在这些方面存在的问题。以提高水资源利用率、保护水资源为目的，
从水质监管、水管部署、水资源调用等多个方面出发，提出了一些水文水资源问题的应对措施。

Status Quo and Countermeasures of Hydrology and Water Resources Monitoring of Ili

Abstract: In order to improve the management level of hydrology and water resources in Yili, this paper discussed the monitoring
of hydrology and water resources in Yili. Through the monitoring of groundwater, surface water, rainfall and glacier meltwater in
Ili, the problems existing in the management of hydrology and water resources in this area were found. In order to improve the
utilization rate of water resources and protect water resources, this paper put forward some countermeasures for hydrology and
water resources problems from the aspects such as water quality supervision, water pipe deployment and water resource allocation.
