摘要： 煤矿建设工程施工环境非常复杂和特殊，涉及多方面的安全隐患问题。为防止安全事故的发生，人们对煤矿
安全问题的重视度越来越高，工程监理在保障矿井安全建设和保证工程质量方面起着至关重要的作用。结合中国煤矿建
设工程监理安全管理现状，对目前其存在的弊端进行了详细分析，并提出一系列解决措施。

Safety Management of Coal Mine Construction Project Supervision

Abstract: The construction environment of coal mine construction project is very complex and special, involving many hidden
safety problems. In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, people pay more and more attention to coal mine safety.
Project supervision plays a vital role in ensuring the safe construction of coal mines and the quality of projects. Combined with the
current situation of safety management of coal mine construction project supervision in China, this paper analyzed the
disadvantages of current safety management in detail, and put forward a series of solutions.
