摘要: 为优化水生生物质致密成型燃料在助燃气体为O2,且体积分数为21%的O2/CO2气氛下燃烧的烟气排放参数,
以水葫芦和大薸致密成型颗粒燃料为研究对象,已知两种植物在温度为700 ℃,气体流量为3 L/min 或单颗颗粒质量为
1.10 g的单因素条件下,水葫芦燃烧后NOx和SO2排放量最少,通过正交分析得出温度、气体流量和单颗颗粒质量的最
优组合,使得水葫芦和大薸在O2/CO2气氛下燃烧时,NOx和SO2排放量最少。该研究可以为进一步探索水生生物质成型
燃料燃烧的烟气排放参数优化及开发相关燃烧设备提供理论依据。

Optimization of Flue Gas Emission Parameters of Water Hyacinth and Duckweed Forming
Fuel Combustion

Abstract: In order to optimize the flue gas emission parameters of aquatic biomass dense-formed fuel combustion in O2/CO2
atmosphere with 21% volume fraction of O2 as the combustion gas, water hyacinth and duckweed dense-formed pellet fuel were
used as the research objects. It is known that under the single factor conditions of the temperature of 700 ℃, the air flow rate of
3 L/min or the mass of a single particle of 1.10 g, the emission of NOx and SO2 released by water hyacinth after combustion is the
least. The optimal combination of temperature, gas flow rate and pellet mass was obtained by orthogonal analysis, which resulted
in the lowest NOx and SO2 emissions when water hyacinth and duckweed were burned under O2/CO2 atmosphere. The study can
provide a theoretical basis for further exploring the optimization of flue gas emission parameters for the combustion of aquatic
biomass briquette fuel and developing related combustion equipment.
