山东既有农宅被动式节能改造及经济性分析

摘要: 以潍坊地区一典型既有农宅为例,探讨了增设外墙保温、更换外窗类型和增设阳光间3 种节能改造方案,对
山东地区典型既有农宅降低供暖空调全年能耗的有效性和经济性进行分析。结果表明:增设阳光间的节能潜力较大,初
投资回收期较短;更换外窗,反之;仅在外墙增设EPS 板会降低全年建筑能耗,但夏季冷负荷增加。推荐山东地区农户
依据经济状况选取方案4 或方案5,其初投资回收期分别为5.72 a和5.36 a;全年建筑能耗分别降低47.21%和66.29%。

Shandong Province

Abstract: Taking a typical existing farm house in Weifang Area as an example, this paper discussed the efficiency and economy of
three energy-saving renovation schemes to reduce the annual energy consumption of heating and air conditioning in typical existing
farm houses in Shandong by adding external wall insulation, changing the type of external window and adding sunshine room. The
results indicate that addition of sunshine room has greater energy saving potential and shorter initial investment payback period.
Replacing exterior windows is opposite. Only adding EPS board to external wall will reduce the building energy consumption
throughout the year, but cooling load will increase in summer. Case 4 or 5 are recommended for farmers in Shandong Province to
choose according to their economic conditions, and initial payback period is 5.72 a and 5.36 a, and annual building energy
consumption is reduced by 47.21% and 66.29% respectively.
