350 MW发电机组低温烟气换热器系统节能研究

摘要: 通过对临河350 MW 发电机组烟气余热梯级利用的研究,将低温烟气换热器排布于锅炉尾部空预器至脱硫烟道
内。随机组连续投运节能环保收益显著,BMCR工况下可梯度利用烟气热量达32.15 MW,净节约标煤耗5.13 g/(kW·h),全
年增加直接经济收益4.641 4×106元,年总节水收益3.028×105元;并可提高除尘及脱硫效率,降低排烟系统电耗量,改
善空预器低温腐蚀及污堵问题。

Abstract: Based on the research on cascade utilization of flue gas waste heat of Linhe 350 MW generator unit, low-temperature
flue gas heat exchangers were arranged in the flue from the air preheater at the tail of the boiler to the desulfurization flue. With the
continuous operation of the unit, the benefits of energy conservation and environmental protection are significant, under BMCR
condition, the heat of flue gas can be utilized gradiently up to 32.15 MW, the standard coal consumption can be saved by 5.13 g/(kW·h),
the annual direct economic benefit in one year can be increased by 4.641 4×106 yuan and the annual water saving benefit can be
increased by 3.028×105 yuan; it can also improve the efficiency of dust removal and desulfurization, reduce the power consumption
of smoke exhaust system, and improve the problems of low temperature corrosion and pollution blockage of air preheater.
