核电站管道支架结构设计及力学分析

摘要: 管道支架的结构设计及力学分析是确保核电站管道系统安全的重要设计环节。根据华龙一号核电机组中一工
艺管道支架的承载情况、空间位置等因素,分析了管道支架结构设计的思路,并对支架结构进行了设计。采用ANSYS 软
件对支架结构进行了有限元建模和力学分析,并对支架进行了应力评定和刚度校核。计算结果表明,设计的管道支架在
各工况下的应力均满足RCC-M-2007 《压水堆核岛机械设备设计和建造规则》的要求,支架的刚度也满足相应要求。管
道支架结构设计思路和力学分析方法可为类似支架的设计、分析提供借鉴。

Structure Design and Mechanical Analysis of Pipe Support in Nuclear Power Plants

Abstract: Structure design and mechanical analysis of pipe support are important parts to ensure the safety of pipeline systems in
nuclear power plants. According to the loads and spatial position of a process pipe support in HPR1000 PWR, the idea of pipe
support structure design was analyzed, and the support structure was designed. The finite element model and mechanical analysis
of pipe support were established by ANSYS software. Stress assessment and rigidity check were put into effect for the pipe
support. The calculation result shows that the pipe support meets the requirements of RCC-M-2007 Design and Construction
Rules for Mechanical Components of PWR Nuclear Islands
, the rigidity of the pipe support also meets the corresponding
requirements. The design idea and mechanical analysis method in this paper can provide reference for the design and analysis of
similar supports.
