摘要: 矿井通风系统是保证井下空气质量的重要设备,主要用于给矿井下输送O2并排出有毒有害气体,在煤矿开采
过程中发挥着重要作用。受煤矿井下复杂工况和恶劣环境的影响,煤矿通风设备常常会出现各种故障,导致通风系统运
行不畅,引发煤矿安全事故或者人员伤亡。传统的矿井通风系统故障诊断主要依靠人工进行,工人经验占很大比例,存
在劳动强度大、效率低、结果可信度不高等问题。通过对矿井通风系统常见故障类型和故障产生原因的分析,研究了现
有的矿井通风系统故障诊断和分析方法,设计了一套远程故障监控系统。现场应用表明,采用该套系统可以实现对矿井
通风设备的远程监控与诊断,识别精度高,故障响应时间为0.56 s,节省人力成本,诊断结果可信度高,能够实现对设
备全生命周期的健康管理,提高矿井通风系统的安全管理水平。

Design of Remote Fault Monitoring System of Mine Ventilation System

Abstract: Mine ventilation system is an important equipment to ensure underground air quality. It is mainly used to transport O2
to the mine and discharge toxic and harmful gases. It plays an important role in the process of coal mining. Affected by the
complex working conditions and harsh environment in coal mines, coal mine ventilation equipment often has various faults,
resulting in poor operation of ventilation system, coal mine accidents or casualties. The traditional fault diagnosis of mine
ventilation system mainly depends on manual work, and workers' experience accounts for a large proportion. There are some
problems, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency and low reliability of results. By analyzing the common fault types and
causes of mine ventilation system, the existing fault diagnosis and analysis methods of mine ventilation system were studied, and a
set of remote fault monitoring system was designed. The field application shows that the system can realize the remote monitoring
and diagnosis of mine ventilation equipment, with high identification accuracy, fault response time of 0.56 s, labor cost saving and
high reliability of diagnosis results. It can realize the health management of the whole life cycle of equipment and improve the
safety management level of mine ventilation system.
