东瑞煤矿主立井煤仓改造安全技术措施分析

摘要： 为了满足下一阶段开采出煤的需求，东瑞煤矿对主立井煤仓进行了改造。由于改造周期较长且施工工序较多，
为了保证施工的安全性，制定了一系列施工安全技术措施，主要包括施工防坠安全措施、永久支护及拆模安全措施、机
电管理和“一通三防”安全措施等。在施工防坠方面，主要是做好施工的安全检查和采取防坠措施。永久支护作业时，
作业人员必须佩戴保险带并生根牢靠。拆模时，必须设置警戒区域，并派人监护。拆模必须拆除干净彻底，不得留有悬
空模板。此外，在安装机械及操作各种机械时，需做好现场施工管理。研究可为煤仓改造的安全施工提供一定的参考。

Safety Technical Measures for Coal Bunker Reconstruction of Main Vertical Shaft in Dongrui

Abstract: In order to meet the demand of coal mining in the next stage, Dongrui Coal Mine had transformed the coal bunker of
the main vertical shaft. Due to the long transformation period and many construction procedures, a series of construction safety
technical measures had been formulated to ensure the safety of construction, mainly including construction fall prevention safety
measures, permanent support and formwork removal safety measures, electromechanical management and "one ventilation and
three preventions" safety measures. In terms of construction fall prevention, it is mainly to do a good job in construction safety
inspection and take fall prevention measures. During permanent support operation, operators must wear safety belts and take root
firmly. During formwork removal, a warning area must be set up and supervised by personnel. The formwork must be removed
thoroughly without leaving any suspended formwork. In addition, when installing machinery and operating various machinery, it is
necessary to do a good job in on-site construction management. The research can provide some reference for the safe construction
of coal bunker reconstruction.
