煤矿采煤机自动化与智能化技术研究

摘要： 采煤机是煤矿生产运输的重要工具，煤矿企业应该充分重视采煤机的技术改造，建立并完善采煤机自动化与
智能化技术系统。结合技术化、智能化发展大背景，指出煤矿采煤机发展现状，对滚筒采煤机自动割煤控制系统的构成
部分及功能进行了阐释，从监控通信技术、故障诊断技术、记忆截割控制技术和自动调高技术四方面具体介绍了采煤机
自动化与智能化技术的应用，并对采煤机自动化与智能化技术未来的发展趋势做出了展望，希望能够为实际工作中采煤
机自动化与智能化技术水平的提升提供一定的思路。

Automatic and Intelligent Technology of Coal Mine Shearer

Abstract: Shearer is an important tool for coal mine production and transportation. Coal mining enterprises should pay full
attention to the technical transformation of the shearer, and establish and improve the automatic and intelligent technology system
of the shearer. Combined with the development background of technology and intelligence, this paper pointed out the development
status of the coal mine shearer, explained the components and functions of the automatic coal cutting control system of the drum
shearer, and introduced the application of shearer automatic and intelligent technology from four aspects: monitoring and
communication technology, fault diagnosis technology, memory cutting control technology and automatic height adjustment
technology, and looked forward to the future development trend of shearer automation and intelligent technology, hoping to provide
some ideas for the improvement of shearer automation and intelligent technology in practical work.
