水力压裂增渗技术在红阳三矿研究与应用

摘要: 为解决红阳三矿706 工作面埋深近1 100 m的松软、强突、透气性差煤层瓦斯治理难题,矿井经过深入研究,
提出了水力压裂增渗技术并进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明,单孔抽采纯量提高约1.2 倍,抽采达标时间缩短42%,
效果显著。该技术的成功应用,有效降低了强突区域煤层瓦斯含量,卸载了地层应力,实现了压裂影响区域超前、高效
瓦斯治理的目标,为矿井的安全高效生产提供了技术保障。

Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to solve the gas control problem of the soft coal seam with strong outburst and poor permeability in 706
working face of Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine with a buried depth of nearly 1 100 m, after in-depth research in the mine, a hydraulic
fracturing and seepage enhancement technology was proposed and an industrial test was carried out. The test results show that the
single-hole extraction scalar was increased by about 1.2 times, and the extraction time was shortened by 42%, which was of
remarkable effect. The successful application of the technology has effectively reduced the coal seam gas content in the strong
outburst area, unloaded the formation stress, achieved the goal of advanced and efficient gas control in the fracturing affected area,
and provided technical guarantee for the safe and efficient production of the mine.
