综采工作面液压支架快速安装工艺研究

摘要: 煤矿开采过程中,在综采工作面安装传统的液压支架时,是利用绞车建设卸车平台的,存在安装速度慢、效
果不明显以及容易发生事故等弊端。A 煤矿针对这一难点进行综合研究,对于该煤矿井下一工作面(1号综采工作面)
中的液压支架安装进行实地试验,其主要通过不断完善安装前的准备工作和引入液压起吊装置,对液压支架进行悬空安
装。对实际应用效果进行分析,发现新的工艺技术相对于传统技术来说安装效率有了明显提升,并且可以有效地预防事
故的发生。

Rapid Installation Technology of Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: In the process of coal mining, the traditional hydraulic support is installed in the fully mechanized mining face by
using the winch to build the unloading platform, which has the disadvantages of slow installation speed, unclear effect and prone
to accidents. A Coal Mine conducted a comprehensive study on this difficulty and conducted a field test on the installation of the
hydraulic support in a working face underground (No.1 fully mechanized mining face). It mainly carried out the suspension
installation of the hydraulic support by continuously improving the preparation before installation and introducing the hydraulic
lifting device. Through the analysis of the actual application effect, it is found that the installation efficiency of the new process
technology has been significantly improved compared with the traditional technology, and can effectively prevent accidents.
