摘要: 在煤矿生产中,瓦斯爆炸是非常严重的灾害性事故。中国煤炭资源十分丰富,因而灾害性事故对煤矿的发展
有深远的影响。在井下建设中,主要应用被动隔爆装置和主动抑爆装置实现对瓦斯爆炸的防范。传统的隔爆装置主要应
用隔爆水袋和岩粉棚,实施时经常出现缺水和岩粉结块的现象,导致隔爆装置的抑爆效果存在着很大的局限性。简要探
究了传统隔爆装置存在的问题,并提出了现代化机械式隔爆装置的应用情况,充分利用了机械式隔爆装置的节能和易安
装等特点。

Abstract: Gas explosion is a very serious catastrophic accident in coal mine production. Coal mine resources in China are very
rich, so catastrophic accidents have a profound impact on the development of coal mines. In underground construction, passive
explosion-proof devices and active explosion-suppression devices are mainly used to prevent gas explosions. The traditional
explosion-proof devices mainly use explosion-proof water bags and rock powder sheds, and the phenomenon of water shortage and
rock powder agglomeration often occurs during implementation, resulting in great limitations in the explosion-suppression effect of
the explosion-proof devices. This paper briefly explored the existing problems of traditional explosion-proof devices, and put
forward the application of modern mechanical flameproof devices, making full use of the characteristics of energy saving and easy
installation of mechanical explosion-proof devices.
