摘要: 沿空留巷技术是减少煤炭损失和确保矿井安全生产的重要途径,确定煤柱合理尺寸是该技术的关键。基于数
值模拟分析,通过分析巷道及煤柱应力、塑性区、变形等变化特征,研究了不同尺寸条件下煤柱稳定性变化特征。研究
结果表明:随着煤柱宽度的增加,巷道顶板垂直应力低值区范围呈现减小的趋势;巷道顶板塑性区破坏范围及破坏形式随
着煤柱宽度的增加而发生变化;随着煤柱宽度的增加,巷道顶板及两帮位移均呈现出先增大后趋于稳定的趋势;由各项确
定方法的交集得到最佳煤柱宽度为5.5耀7.7 m。研究结果为沿空留巷煤柱合理宽度设计奠定了基础,提供了借鉴。

Determination of Coal Pillar Width of Gob Side Entry in Large Buried Mine

Abstract: The technology of retaining roadway along goaf is an important way to reduce coal loss and ensure safe production.
The determination of the reasonable size of coal pillar is the key of the technology. Based on numerical simulation analysis, this
paper studied the variation characteristics of coal pillar stability under different sizes by analyzing the variation characteristics of
stress, plastic zone and deformation of roadways and coal pillars. The results show that with the increase of coal pillar width, the
range of low value area of roadway roof vertical stress decreases; the failure range and failure form of roadway roof plastic zone
change with the increase of coal pillar width; with the increase of coal pillar width, the displacement of roadway roof and two sides
first increases and then tends to be stable; according to the intersection of various determination methods, the optimal coal pillar
width is 5.5-7.7 m. The research results provide a basis and reference for the reasonable width design of coal pillars in the gob
side roadway.
