氢燃料电池接入中压直流配电网中电压稳定控制方法

摘要: 随着电力系统发电侧以及输配电系统的发展与完善,部分配电网的日常供电效率虽然得到了提升,但是对电
压的控制效果却逐渐下降。因此,对氢燃料电池接入中压直流配电网中电压稳定控制方法进行设计。进行最大化基态目
标电压标准的预设,母线运行架构的设计,在氢燃料电池接入下电解铝负荷可控模型的构建,采用PSO-BP 隐含改进法
实现电压稳定控制。最终的测试结果表明,在相同的未加入有源阻抗电压环境之下,不同测试方法最终得出的电压控制
波形存在差异,波形越平,表明电压越稳定,控制效果越佳,越具有实际应用价值。

Abstract: With the development and improvement of the power generation side of the power system and the transmission and
distribution system, although the daily power supply efficiency of some distribution networks has been improved, the control effect
of the voltage has gradually declined. Therefore, this paper designed a voltage stability control method for the hydrogen fuel cell
connected to the medium-voltage DC distribution network. Preset the target voltage standard to maximize the ground state, design
the bus operation structure, construct the controllable model of the electrolytic aluminum load under the connection of the
hydrogen fuel cell, and use the PSO-BP implicit improvement method to achieve voltage stability control. The final test results
show that under the same voltage environment without active impedance, there are differences in the voltage control waveforms
obtained by different test methods, the flatter the waveform is, the more stable the voltage is, the better the control effect is, and
the more practical application value is.
