粉煤灰基地质聚合物的制备及其性能研究

摘要: 粉煤灰基地质聚合物作为一种无机高分子材料,可提高固体废弃物的利用率,可以取代水泥,在相关领域应用
广泛。重点分析了SF掺量、硅铝比、水胶比、养护温度对粉煤灰基地质聚合物的影响。结果表明:SF 掺入比为4∶1 时,
4 周后抗压强度为24.01 MPa;Si 质量分数∶Al 质量分数=4∶1 时,4 周后抗压强度为34.5 MPa;水胶比为0.5 ∶1 时,
4 周后抗压强度为37.5 MPa;养护温度为80 ℃时,4 周后抗压强度为35.9 MPa。

Abstract: As an inorganic polymer material, fly ash-based geopolymer can improve the utilization rate of solid waste and can replace
cement, and is widely used in related fields. This paper emphatically analyzed the effects of SF content, silicon-aluminum ratio,
water-binder ratio and curing temperature on the fly ash-based geopolymer. The results showed that when the SF incorporation
ratio was 4∶1, the compressive strength after 4 weeks was 24.01 MPa; when the Si mass fraction∶Al mass fraction=4∶1, the
compressive strength after 4 weeks was 34.5 MPa; when the water-binder ratio was 0.5∶1, the compressive strength after 4 weeks
was 37.5 MPa; when the curing temperature was 80 ℃, the compressive strength after 4 weeks was 35.9 MPa.
