丽水市生态环境质量自动监测网络体系构建与应用

摘要： “十五”到“十三五”期间，丽水市生态环境质量自动监测网络体系经过“从无到有、从有到全、从全到精”
三个阶段的完善发展，从“点-线-面-立体”层面不断适应不同时期生态环境监管需求，为丽水市环境质量改善提供了
有效的数据支撑。对该自动监测网络体系的发展脉络、构建现状与设计思路进行了剖析，对其应用进行了探讨，并针对
其存在的问题提出了解决思路。

Construction and Application of Automatic Monitoring Network System for Ecological
Environment Quality in Lishui City

Abstract: From "The 10th Five-year Plan" to "The 13th Five-year Plan"，the automatic monitoring network system of ecological
environment quality in Lishui City has been improved and developed in three stages of "from scratch to existence, from existence
to completeness, from completeness to refinement". It has continuously adapted to the requirements of ecological environment
supervision in different periods from the "point-line-surface-stereo" level, providing effective data support for the improvement of
environmental quality in Lishui City. This paper analyzed the development context, construction status and design ideas of the
automatic monitoring network system, discussed its application, and put forward solutions to its existing problems.
