新疆农业水资源利用效率及影响因素分析

摘要: 介绍了新疆地区水资源时空分布及人均水资源量。对新疆地区农业水资源使用量、利用效率进行分析后,选
取新疆2017—2021 年数据与全国、山东和河南用水量结构及灌溉水有效利用系数进行对比分析得出,新疆农业水资源使
用量整体高于全国平均值,但水资源利用效率低于全国平均值。为了进一步分析影响其水资源利用效率的主要因素,采
用Tobit 模型以全年平均降水量、日照、人均水资源量、水库数量、有效灌溉面积及水费为指标,运用Stata12.0 对研究
模型进行回归性分析,继而得出实证分析与研究假设模型一致,结合新疆地区水资源数据描述分析指出新疆农业水资源
利用存在的不足及解决措施。

Utilization Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Water Resources in Xinjiang

Abstract: This paper introduced the temporal and spatial distribution of water resources and per capita water resources in
Xinjiang. After analyzing the usage amount and utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in Xinjiang, it selected the
data of Xinjiang from 2017 to 2021 and compared it with the water consumption structure and effective utilization coefficient of
irrigation water in China, Shandong and Henan. It was concluded that the utilization of agricultural water resources in Xinjiang
was higher than the national average, but the utilization efficiency of water resources was lower than the national average. In order
to further analyze the main factors affecting its water resources utilization efficiency, Tobit model was used, with the annual
average precipitation, sunshine, per capita water resources, number of reservoirs, effective irrigation area and water fee as the
indicators, and Stata12.0 was used to conduct regression analysis on the research model, and then came to the conclusion that the
empirical analysis was consistent with the research hypothesis model. Combined with the description and analysis of water
resources data in Xinjiang, the shortcomings and solutions of agricultural water resources utilization in Xinjiang were pointed out.
