降低LNG储罐地基换填对周边影响的研究

摘要: LNG 接收站扩建储罐紧邻GRE 海水管道。施工过程中施工振动会造成邻近GRE 海水管道地基承载力弱化,地
基处理和桩基础施工产生的挤土效应以及基坑开挖等工序都会对GRE 海水管道基础产生扰动,极易造成海水管线承插口
断开。通过SMW 工法桩支护等措施将LNG 储罐地基换填对周边的影响降到最小。该研究成果不但可以在软土地区新建
LNG 接收站设施的变形控制中得到应用,而且在扩建LNG 接收站项目中因施工对邻近已有敏感建(构) 筑物扰动产生的
变形控制方面也能起到很好的借鉴和指导作用。

Reducing Impact of LNG Storage Tank Foundation Replacement on Surrounding Areas

Abstract: The extended storage tank of the LNG terminal is adjacent to the GRE seawater pipeline. During the construction
process, construction vibration will weaken the bearing capacity of the foundation adjacent to the GRE seawater pipeline. The soil
compaction effect generated by the foundation treatment and pile foundation construction, as well as the excavation of the
foundation pit will disturb the GRE seawater pipeline foundation, which will easily cause the socket of the seawater pipeline
disconnect. Through measures such as SMW construction method pile support, the impact of LNG storage tank foundation
replacement on the surrounding area was minimized. The research results can not only be applied in the deformation control of the
new LNG terminal facilities in the soft soil area, but also provide reference and guidance for the deformation control of the existing
adjacent sensitive structures due to the construction of the expansion of the LNG terminal project.
