摘要： 乌鲁木齐市水资源较为匮乏，而水资源与经济政治的发展是密不可分的。要想加快推进该市的发展则必须对
其水资源开发利用及水污染治理工作进行合理规划。介绍了乌鲁木齐市的概况，分析了乌鲁木齐市水资源利用现状以及
当前乌鲁木齐市水资源利用存在的问题，提出了乌鲁木齐市水资源规划和可持续利用的有效对策，以推动乌鲁木齐市经
济社会的稳步发展。

Water Resources Planning and Sustainable Utilization in Urumqi

Abstract: Urumqi is relatively short of water resources, and water resources are inseparable from economic and political
development. In order to accelerate the development of the city, it is necessary to make a reasonable plan for the development and
utilization of water resources and water pollution control. This paper introduced the general situation of Urumqi, analyzed the
current situation of water resources utilization in Urumqi and the existing problems of water resources utilization in Urumqi, and
put forward effective countermeasures for water resources planning and sustainable utilization in Urumqi, so as to promote the
steady economic and social development of Urumqi.
