煤矿巷道高效掘进技术分析

摘要: 在煤矿地下开采时,需要掘进大量的巷道以服务于开采。随着工作面回采速度的加快,对煤矿巷道的掘进速
度提出了新的要求。因此,实现煤矿巷道的高效掘进是煤矿企业关注的重点问题之一。简要分析了目前中国巷道掘进面
临的问题,主要包括冲击地压问题、煤与瓦斯突出问题和深部巷道大变形问题;重点阐述了影响巷道掘进速度的因素,
主要包括掘进方式、巷道支护和施工管理;探讨了实现巷道高效掘进的措施,以期为解决采掘接替紧张问题提供一定的
参考。

Efficient Tunneling Technology of Coal Mine Roadways

Abstract: In underground coal mining, a large number of roadways need to be excavated to serve the mining. With the
acceleration of mining speed in working face, new requirements are put forward for the tunneling speed of coal mine roadways.
Therefore, the realization of efficient tunneling of coal mine roadways is one of the key issues concerned by coal mining
enterprises. This paper briefly analyzed the problems faced by roadway excavation in China, mainly including rock burst, coal and
gas outburst and large deformation of deep roadways; it focused on the explain of the factors affecting the tunneling speed, mainly
including the tunneling mode, roadway support and construction management; and it discussed the measures to realize efficient
tunneling of roadways, in order to provide some reference for solving the problem of tight mining and excavation replacement.
