千万吨级矿井的110工法应用实践及分析

摘要: 为了减少遗留煤柱造成的煤炭资源浪费,在工作面开采中应用了110 工法。结合斜沟煤矿的实际地质条件,设
计了110 工法工业性试验工作面。现场实践结果表明,应用110 工法后,可多产煤炭3.797×105 t,创造经济效益
1.594 74×108元。这充分表明,110 工法在千万吨级厚煤层开采中具有显著的优势。

Application Practice and Analysis of 110 Construction Method in 10 Million-ton Mines

Abstract: In order to reduce the waste of coal resources caused by the remaining coal pillars, the 110 construction method was
applied in the mining of the working face. Combined with the actual geological conditions of Xiegou Coal Mine, the industrial test
working face of 110 construction method was designed. The field practice results showed that after applying the 110 construction
method, 3.797×105 t of coal can be produced and economic benefits of 1.594 74×108 yuan can be created. It fully shows that the
110 construction method has significant advantages in the mining of 10 million-ton thick coal seams.
