煤巷全断面施工快速掘进装备研究

摘要： 针对煤巷掘进工艺割煤速度慢、装煤效率低、输送能力低、支护速度慢、探放水效率低、自动化程度低、空
顶距大、适应性差和综合效率低等问题，为降低煤巷掘进成本、实现节能环保和提高掘进效率，研制了一种煤巷全断面
施工快速掘进装备，实现对各种断面的一次成巷，促进中国煤炭生产的安全高效、节能环保，具有巨大的社会效益。对
该装备的整体方案及主要结构件进行了研究。

Fast Tunneling Equipment for Full Section Construction of Coal Roadways

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problems about slow coal cutting speed, low coal loading efficiency, low transportation capacity,
slow support speed, low water exploration and release efficiency, low degree of automation, large empty roof distance, poor
adaptability and low comprehensive efficiency of coal roadway tunneling process, in order to reduce the cost of coal roadway
tunneling, achieve energy saving and environmental protection and improve the tunneling efficiency, a kind of fast tunneling
equipment for full section construction of coal roadways has been developed to realize the roadway formation of various sections at
one time, which is of great social benefit on promoting safety and efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection in coal
production of China. This paper studied the overall scheme and main structural parts of the equipment.
