煤矿工程质量监督管理工作及其改进策略

摘要： 为确保煤矿工程施工过程的安全可靠，提高工程质量，就必须不断加强煤矿工程质量监督管理，优化管理模
式，从而提升煤矿工程质量，保障生产过程安全。对煤矿工程质量监督管理工作进行了探讨，并提出了改进策略。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety and reliability of coal mine engineering construction process and improve the project
quality, it is necessary to continuously strengthen the quality supervision and management of coal mine engineering and optimize
the management mode, so as to improve the quality of coal mine engineering and guarantee the safety of the production process.
This paper discussed the quality supervision and management work of coal mine engineering, and proposed improvement strategy.
