采煤机故障诊断分析与实例研究

摘要: 为准确掌握采煤机的运行状况,实现对采煤机故障的提前预测,达到避免故障进一步扩大的目的,并且为实
现工作面的高效生产奠定基础,在对采煤机结构及工作原理进行概述的基础上,对采煤机常见故障类型及机理进行了分
析,为采煤机故障诊断奠定扎实的基础。然后以采煤机轴承故障和液压系统故障为例建立了智能诊断模型,并配套了相
应的诊断硬件,通过实践应用验证了诊断系统的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: In order to accurately grasp the operating condition of the shearer, realize the prediction of the shearer fault in advance,
achieve the purpose of avoiding the further expansion of the fault, and lay the foundation for the efficient production of the
working face, based on the overview of the structure and working principle of the shearer, this paper analyzed the common fault
types and mechanisms of the shearer, so as to lay a solid foundation for the fault diagnosis of the shearer. Then it took the bearing
fault and hydraulic system fault of the shearer as an example to establish an intelligent diagnosis model, and the corresponding
diagnosis hardware was equipped. The feasibility and effectiveness of the diagnosis system were verified by practical application.
