宁夏煤业风险预控体系“十二条”及解读

摘要： 依据历年参与的宁夏煤业生产标准化管理体系动态检查情况，指出管理标准和存在的漏洞与不足，给出指导
性意见，将理论知识作为实践基础，使生产管理经验、特色亮点、内页资料等管理达标。以下提出了生产管理措施“十
二条”，并对其重要内容进行解读，可为煤矿生产管理制度的制订和实施提供一定的参考。

Their Interpretation

Abstract: Based on the dynamic inspection of the production standardization management system of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,
Ltd. over the years, the management standards and the existing loopholes and deficiencies were pointed out, guiding opinions were
given, and the theoretical knowledge were taken as the practical basis to make the production management experience,
characteristic highlights, internal page data and other management meet the standards. This paper put forward "twelve items" of
production management measures and interpreted their important contents, which can provide some reference for the formulation
and implementation of coal mine production management system.
