洗煤厂设备自动化过程控制及节能降耗

摘要： 随着科学技术的不断发展，煤矿单井产量得到了显著提升，传统机械化洗煤技术难以满足生产需求。传统洗
煤技术大多依赖人工操作机械设备来完成洗煤作业，洗煤效率低且洗煤过程中很难对洗煤参数进行有效控制。为进一步
提高洗煤作业的质量与效率，需要对工艺设备进行提升，通过设备的自动化过程控制来提高设备运行效能，在提高洗煤
效率的基础上实现多用途的煤炭分类。主要分析了洗煤厂设备自动化过程控制，并提出了节能降耗的一些建议。

Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, the coal mine output of single well has also been
significantly increased, and the traditional mechanized coal washing technology is difficult to meet the production demand. The
traditional coal washing technology mostly relies on manual operation of mechanical equipment to complete the coal washing
operation. The coal washing efficiency is low and it is difficult to effectively control the coal washing parameters in the coal washing
process. In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of coal washing, it is necessary to improve the process equipment,
improve the operation efficiency of the equipment through the automatic process control of the equipment, and realize multipurpose
coal classification on the basis of improving the efficiency of coal washing. This paper mainly analyzed the automatic
process control of coal preparation plant equipment, and proposed some suggestions on energy saving and consumption reduction.
