风机基础最大倾斜动态监测方法

摘要: 风机基础作为主要承重构件,在复杂的荷载和环境作用下可能会逐步出现损伤,因此,风机基础的损伤监测
方法成为研究热点。风机基础的不均匀沉降和基础环安装偏差等原因,可能导致风机基础最大倾斜不在主风方向。传统
的监测方法———在主风方向安装监测设备,可能得不到风机基础最大倾斜;在基础周围安装较多监测设备,又会导致成
本增加。因此,针对风机基础的损伤监测问题,设计了一种风机基础倾斜度动态监测方法。试验与现场应用表明,该监
测方法能够实时捕捉基础最大倾斜,为实际工程中风机基础健康监测提供一种有效的监测方法。

Wind Turbine Foundation Maximum Tilt Dynamic Monitoring Method

Abstract: As the main load-bearing member, the wind turbine foundation may be damaged gradually under complex loading and
environmental effects, so the damage monitoring method of wind turbine foundation has become a hot research topic. Due to the
uneven settlement of the wind turbine foundation and the deviation of the foundation ring installation, etc., the maximum
inclination of the wind turbine foundation may not be in the main wind direction. The traditional monitoring method of installing
monitoring equipment in the main wind direction may not get the maximum tilt of the wind turbine foundation; installing more
monitoring equipment around the foundation will lead to increased costs. Therefore, aiming at the problem of wind turbine
foundation damage monitoring, a dynamic monitoring method of wind turbine foundation inclination was designed. The test and
field application show that the monitoring method can capture the maximum tilt of the foundation in real time and provide an
effective monitoring method for the health monitoring of wind turbine foundation in actual engineering.
