煤层气地面开发高可靠性供电系统研究

摘要: 随着煤层气地面开发技术不断突破,煤层气产量大幅提升,作为清洁能源,其能源战略地位日益凸显,工业
生产及民生保障对煤层气需求急剧增加的同时,对其开发、集输、利用等各个环节稳定性也提出了更高的要求。然而,
由于煤层气地面开发的特殊性,煤层气井点多面广且多处于山区,设备负荷容量从几千瓦到几千千瓦不等,煤层气供电
系统存在距离长、负荷大、线路走廊环境差等问题,极易受到极端天气等因素的影响发生停电事故,严重影响企业的安
全稳定生产。以山西蓝焰煤层气集团有限责任公司郑庄区供电系统为例,分析了目前煤层气地面开发供电系统存在的问
题,结合郑庄区设备负荷及分布情况,提出了煤层气地面开发高可靠性供电系统解决方案。现场应用表明,该方案能够
有效提高煤层气供电系统稳定性,缩短系统停电时间及影响范围,为企业安全稳定生产提供有力的供电保障。

Power Supply System with High Reliability for Ground Development of Coalbed Methane

Abstract: With the continuous breakthrough of ground development technology of coalbed methane (CBM), the output of CBM
has increased significantly. As a clean energy, its strategic energy position has become increasingly prominent. While the demand
for CBM in industrial production and people's livelihood security has increased sharply, higher requirements have also been put
forward to the stability of various links such as the development, gathering, transportation and utilization of CBM. However, due to
the particularity of the ground development of CBM, CBM wells are extensive and mostly located in mountainous areas, and the
equipment load capacity ranges from several kilowatts to several thousand kilowatts. The CBM power supply system has long
distances, heavy loads and poor line corridor environment, which is extremely vulnerable to extreme weather and other factors to
cause power outages, seriously affecting the safe and stable production of enterprises. Taking the power supply system of
Zhengzhuang District of Shanxi Lanyan Coalbed Methane Group Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper analyzed the problems
existing in the current power supply system for the ground development of CBM, and proposed the solution scheme of power
supply system with high reliability for the ground development of CBM based on the equipment load and distribution in
Zhengzhuang District. Field application showed that the scheme can effectively improve the stability of the CBM power supply
system, shorten the time and scope of system power outages, and provide a strong power supply guarantee for the safe and stable
production of the enterprise.
