煤矿综合机械化采煤工艺分析

摘要: 煤矿综合机械化采煤工艺在煤矿安全高效开采过程中发挥了重要作用,是煤炭工业发展的重要工艺,因此充
分认识煤矿综合机械化采煤工艺具有十分重要的意义。分析了该工艺的关键技术,主要包括液压支架选型、液压支架电
液控制系统、端头支护和三机配套。液压支架选型关系着该工艺的安全性,液压支架电液控制系统对液压支架的移动和
支护作业十分重要,而三机配套关系着生产效率。研究可为充分发挥综合机械化采煤工艺的优势提供一定的参考。

Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Process of Coal Mines

Abstract: Fully mechanized coal mining process plays an important role in the safe and efficient mining process of coal mines,
and is an important process for coal industry development. Therefore, it is of great significance to fully understand the fully
mechanized coal mining process of coal mines. This paper analyzed the key technologies of fully mechanized coal mining process,
mainly including hydraulic support selection, hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system, end support and three machine
matching. The selection of hydraulic support is related to the safety of the process, the electro -hydraulic control system of
hydraulic support is very important for the movement and support of hydraulic support, and the matching of three machines is
related to the production efficiency. The research can provide some reference for giving full play to the advantages of fully
mechanized coal mining process.
