摘要: 反井钻机法在矿井开挖环节得到了广泛的应用,兼具安全可靠、经济高效等优势。在该施工工法的应用中,
导井开挖属于重难点内容,易出现质量问题。鉴于此,以斜沟煤矿矿井导井施工为例,阐述了施工中可能遇到的风险及
主要问题,并着重分析了施工工艺及风险,以期为矿井导井开挖施工提供技术参考。

Construction Technology and Risks of Pilot Shaft of Super Large-section Raise Boring Machine
in Ten Million-ton Mines

Abstract: The raise boring method has been widely used in mine excavation, which has the advantages of safety, reliability,
economy and efficiency. However, in the application of this construction method, the pilot shaft excavation is an important and
difficult content, and it is prone to quality problems. In view of this, taking the pilot shaft construction of Xiegou Coal Mine as an
example, this paper expounded the risks and main problems that may be encountered in the construction, and emphatically
analyzed the construction technology and risk, in order to provide technical reference for the excavation and construction of the
pilot shaft of the mine.
