露天煤矿绿色开采技术分析

摘要： 近些年，因传统采矿模式的应用所带来的生态环境恶化、资源短缺等问题突出，采矿模式与技术亟待改变，
以适应新时期的发展。在此情形下，钱鸣高院士率先提出了煤矿绿色开采的概念和技术体系，得到了煤矿业界的广泛认
可与应用。鉴于此，以露天煤矿绿色开采技术为主题，总结了常见的绿色开采技术，并结合实际开采问题提出了优化方
案，以加快绿色煤炭工业体系的建设，实现环境效益和经济效益的双丰收。

Green Mining Technology of Open-pit Coal Mines

Abstract: In recent years, due to the serious problems of ecological environment deterioration and resource shortage caused by
the application of traditional mining models, mining models and technologies need to be changed urgently to adapt to the
development of the new era. Under this circumstance, Academician Qian Minggao took the lead in proposing the concept and
technical system of green coal mining, which has been widely recognized and applied by the coal mining industry. In view of this,
taking the green mining technology of open-pit coal mines as the theme, this paper summarized the common green mining
technologies, and put forward the optimization scheme in combination with the actual mining problems, so as to speed up the
construction of the green coal industrial system and realize the double harvest of environmental and economic benefits.
