矿井提升机故障监测及诊断系统研究

摘要： 为了使得矿井提升机的运行过程更加安全、稳定，研究出一种针对矿井提升机的故障监测及诊断系统。对该
系统的整体结构进行了详细介绍，通过采取一系列措施，为该系统的安全运行提供保障。此外，还对所研究的故障监测
及诊断系统的实际应用效果进行了分析。结果表明，该系统各项误差较小，并且运行灵敏度较高，取得了不错的应用效
果。在实际生产过程中，该系统的应用有助于相关技术人员进行设备控制及故障处理，实际意义较大。

Fault Monitoring and Diagnosis System of Mine Hoist

Abstract: In order to make the operation process of the mine hoist safer and more stable, a fault monitoring and diagnosis system
for the mine hoist was developed. This paper introduced the overall structure of the system in detail. A series of measures were
taken to ensure the safe operation of the system. In addition, this paper analyzed the actual application effect of the fault
monitoring and diagnosis system. The results show that the system has small errors and high operating sensitivity, and has
achieved good results. In the actual production process, the application of this system helps the relevant technical personnel to
control the equipment and handle the faults, which is of great practical significance.
