无煤柱110工法切缝孔深度及角度对留巷压力的影响

摘要: 随着科技的不断发展进步,加之国内煤炭开采资源不断减少,传统的煤炭开采工艺多已经不能满足矿井的需
要,因巷道围岩大变形引发的安全事故日益严重。提高采煤安全性需改进传统的采煤技术。基于此,通过对无煤柱自成
巷110 工法的特点及实践应用进行研究,分析与阐述了无煤柱自成巷110 工法开采技术工艺,结合1228 综采工作面的实
际情况,在采空区侧定向顶板切割中切断了部分顶板压力传递,可有效减小巷道顶板周期性压力。根据试验数据,无煤
柱110 工法在煤矿开采中的应用可有效提高采煤效率和采煤安全性。该方法的应用减少了掘进工程量,节约了煤炭资源,
提高了资源利用率,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, coupled with the continuous reduction of
domestic coal mining resources, the traditional coal mining technology can no longer meet the needs of mines, and the safety
accidents caused by the large deformation of surrounding rocks in underground tunnels are becoming more and more serious.
Therefore, it is necessary to improve the traditional mining technology to improve the safety of coal mining. Based on this, through
studying the characteristics and practical application of the 110 method of self-retaining roadway without coal pillars, this paper
analyzed and expounded the mining technology of the 110 method of self-retaining roadway without coal pillars. Combined with
the actual situation of 1228 fully mechanized mining face, adopting directional roof cutting at the side of goaf and cutting off the
mine pressure transmission of part of roof can effectively weaken the periodic pressure of roadway roof. According to the test data,
the application of no-pillar 110 method in coal mining can effectively improve the mining efficiency and safety. The application of
this technology can reduce the amount of excavation work, save coal resources, improve the utilization rate of resources, and
create better economic benefits for enterprises.
