综采面预裂切顶方案应用研究

摘要: 以东四采区左翼10#煤层综采面为研究背景,在工作面煤壁后方200~300 m范围内实施了预裂切顶方案,利
用双向聚能爆破,采用6 眼连爆的方式引爆。矿压规律显示,液压支架压力范围为10.2~49.6 MPa,工作面推进至33 m
左右时顶板垮落,证明了预裂切顶方案的可行性。

Application of Pre-split Roof Cutting Scheme in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: Taking the fully mechanized mining face of the 10# coal seam in left-wing of east fourth mining area as the research
background, the pre-split roof cutting scheme was implemented within 200-300 m behind the coal wall of the working face. Using
two-way shaped energy blasting, the explosion was detonated in a 6-eye burst. The mine pressure law showed that the pressure
range of the hydraulic support was 10.2-49.6 MPa, and the roof collapsed when the working face was advanced to about 33 m,
which proved the feasibility of the pre-split roof cutting scheme.
