煤矿皮带机常见故障及对策分析

要的作用。作为煤矿井下的一种连续输送设备，皮带机深受井下恶劣环境影响，其能否正常工作将直接影响煤矿开采进
度的快慢。通过分析煤矿皮带机的一些常见故障，探讨了皮带机故障的处理对策，可以为皮带机的运行和维护提供一些
参考。

Common Faults and Countermeasures of Belt Conveyors in Coal Mines

Abstract: Due to the complexity of coal mining, a variety of equipment are required to cooperate in mining, and the belt conveyor
plays a vital role in the whole mining process. As a continuous conveying equipment in coal mines, the belt conveyor is deeply
affected by the harsh environment in the mine. Its normal operation will directly affect the speed of coal mining progress. By
analyzing some common faults of the belt conveyor in coal mines, this paper discussed the treatment countermeasures of belt
conveyor faults, which can provide some references for the operation and maintenance of the belt conveyor.
