新疆光伏产业的战略支撑作用

摘要： 对新疆发展光伏产业的比较优势进行了深入调查，阐明了相关产业的发展现状，认为2030 年前实现碳达峰，
2060 年前实现碳中和，是党中央经过深思熟虑做出的重大战略决策。同时提出光伏行业是实现“双碳”战略的重要保
障，新疆发展光伏产业具有比较优势，应该起到战略支撑作用。

Strategic Support Function of Xinjiang Photovoltaic Industry

Abstract: Through in-depth investigation on the comparative advantages of developing photovoltaic industry in Xinjiang, the
development status of relevant industries was clarified. It is considered that achieving carbon peak before 2030 and carbon
neutrality before 2060 is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee after careful consideration. At the same
time, it is proposed that the photovoltaic industry is an important guarantee for the realization of the "double carbon" strategy. The
development of the photovoltaic industry in Xinjiang has comparative advantages and should play a strategic supporting role.
