离子色谱法测定煤层水中钠、钾、镁、钙离子的方法研究

摘要: 通过对实验室AQUION 离子色谱仪测定钠、钾、镁、钙4 种可溶性阳离子检出限、精密度和准确度的研究,
验证离子色谱对煤层水中4 种阳离子的测定方法。利用AQUION,对钠、钾、镁、钙离子的检出限(LOD)、精密度
(RSD)和准确度(DOA) 进行方法验证。最终检出限钠离子的质量浓度为0.04 mg/L,钾离子的质量浓度为0.002 mg/L,
镁离子的质量浓度为0.001 mg/L,钙离子的质量浓度为0.025 mg/L;相对标准偏差在0.42%~4.31%之间;样品加标回收
率在92.5%~114.9%之间;检出限、精密度和准确度结果均满足国标要求。

Abstract: The limit of detection, degree of precision and accuracy of four soluble cations, sodium ion,potassium ion, magnesium
ion and calcium ion determined by AQUAON ion chromatograph in the laboratory were studied to verify the determination method
of four cations in coal seam water by ion chromatography. The limit of detection (LOD), precision (RSD) and degree of accuracy
(DOA) of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium ions were verified by AQUION. The final limit of detection is 0.04 mg/L for
sodium ion, 0.002 mg/L for potassium ion, 0.001 mg/L for magnesium ion and 0.025 mg/L for calcium ion; the relative standard
deviation is 0.42%-4.31%; the recoveries range from 92.5% to 114.9%; the results of limit of detection, degree of precision and
accuracy all meet the requirements of national standard.
