基于能耗监管平台的建筑节能技术研究

摘要: 在社会经济与城市化建设的不断发展下,能源需求量大幅度增长,不可避免地会发生能源浪费的情况。传统
建筑节能技术管理结果的准确率较低,且应用范围有较大的限制性。因此,进行了基于能耗监管平台的建筑节能技术研
究。通过监管平台的能耗统计,判断是否需要进行节能处理;结合eQUEST 软件与实际建筑信息,建立建筑节能模型;
计算建筑能耗负荷,降低能耗敏感度等级,实现建筑节能的目标。实验证明,该建筑节能技术能有效地降低用电量,提
高节能效率,能源管理效果更加显著。

Building Energy-saving Technology Based on Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform

Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy and urbanization, the demand for energy has increased significantly,
and energy waste inevitably occured. The accuracy of traditional building energy-saving technology management results is low,
and the scope of application is relatively limited. Therefor, this paper carried out a research on building energy-saving technology
based on energy consumption monitoring platform. Through the energy consumption statistics of the supervision platform, it is
judged whether energy-saving processing is required; the building energy saving model is established by combining the eQUEST
software and the actual building information; the building energy consumption load is calculated, and the energy consumption
sensitivity level is reduced, in order to achieve the goal of building energy saving. Experiments have shown that the building
energy -saving technology can effectively reduce electricity consumption, improve energy -saving efficiency, and has a more
significant effect on energy management.
