复杂应力区煤巷巷道修复加固技术研究

摘要: 深部煤层面临着埋深增加产生的高地应力与强采动叠加作用,这种复杂应力区下的巷道变形控制变得异常困
难,破坏后巷道修复问题尤为重要。针对顾桥矿北二回风大巷(一) 围岩变形严重的问题,通过巷帮钻孔窥视对巷道大
变形的原因进行了分析,得出巷道埋深及断层构造等多重因素共同作用是导致巷道围岩变形损伤的主要原因。基于此,
提出了3 种不同的区段补强加固支护方案。结果表明,3 种支护方案均可以满足巷道断面正常使用需求,在类似的巷道
修复加固工程中有一定的借鉴意义。

Repair and Reinforcement Technology of Coal Roadway in Complex Stress Area

Abstract: The deep coal seam is faced with the superposition of high ground stress and strong mining caused by the increase of
buried depth. The deformation control of roadway in this complex stress area becomes extremely difficult, and the repair of
roadway after failure is particularly important. In view of the serious deformation of surrounding rock in the north second return air
roadway (1) of Guqiao Mine, the causes of large deformation of roadway were analyzed through borehole peeping in roadway side.
The main causes of deformation and damage of surrounding rock were the combined action of multiple factors such as roadway
buried depth and fault structure. Based on this, three different section reinforcement support schemes were proposed. The results
show that the three support schemes can meet the normal use requirements of roadway section, which has certain reference
significance in similar roadway repair and reinforcement projects.
